Feeding Therapy
Feeding therapy can focus on a variety of different areas that impact a child’s ability to successfully engage in mealtime. After a thorough feeding evaluation, a therapist will create a comprehensive plan which may include goals targeted toward sensory processing/regulation, oral motor skills, safe swallowing, mealtime pace, g-tube weening, chewing, drinking, self-feeding skills, and/or expansion of a child’s food repertoire.
