Trina Eastin is an independent Registered Dietitian and is the founder and owner of Dietary Solutions of Indiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Indiana University in 1990 and continued her education by receiving her Master of Arts degree in Family & Consumer Sciences from Ball State University in 1995.

Trina's experience includes managing the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program from 1990-2001.  Since 2001 she has provided pediatric nutritional services with the First Steps program servicing the Indianapolis metropolitan area.

In her current role with Dietary Solutions of Indiana, her services primarily include working with families of children ages birth through 3 who have conditions such as failure to thrive, feeding tubes, Down’s Syndrome, food allergies/intolerances, autism, dysphagia, Turner’s Syndrome, Russell-Silver Syndrome, and general feeding difficulties. She is responsible for analyzing and developing nutritional plans based upon the clients’ needs as well as the implementation and modification of the plans as needed.

Trina currently resides in Fishers, Indiana with her husband, two children, and a dog. During her time off, she enjoys walking, running, and Zumba (a form of Latin-based aerobic exercise). She also enjoys family activities such as board games, movies, and traveling.
